There are pictures of cats, lots of click lure, and crazy talk about the globe ... BUT! Facebook is linking millions of people every day. Your friends on Facebook include past customers, present links and also possible clients for your realty business. Their blog posts get shed with all the others.

So, it is time to make LISTS! If you have a listing you can publish to just that list or even more significantly, you can see what the people on only that list are all uploading!
