How To Make Facebook Profile Picture Private

1. Open Facebook. Tap the Facebook application symbol, which appears like a white "f" on a dark-blue history. This will open your Facebook Information Feed if you're logged in.
If you're not logged into Facebook, enter your e-mail address and password prior to proceeding.
2. Tap the profile symbol. It's a person-shaped icon at the end of the display. Doing so will open your account page.
On an iPad, you might discover this icon in the top-right corner of the display.
If you do not see the profile icon, tap ☰ in the bottom-right corner of the screen, after that touch your name on top of the food selection.
3. Scroll down and tap See All Pictures. You'll discover this option listed below the checklist of pictures that's near the top of your profile web page.
4. Touch the Albums tab. It's at the top of the screen.
5. Tap Profile Pictures. This cd should be close to the top of the Albums tab. Your current profile image will be the album cover.
You might have to scroll down to see this cd.
6. Select an account picture. Tap the profile picture that you want to make private.
7. Faucet ⋯. It remains in the top-right corner of the display. A pop-up menu will appear at the bottom of the display.
On an iPad, the food selection will drop-down from the ⋯ symbol.
8. Faucet Edit Privacy. This alternative remains in the pop-up food selection. Doing so opens up a list of article personal privacy options.
9. Tap Only me. It's in the "That can see your blog post?" listing of choices.
* If you don't see this alternative, first tap More near the middle of the display.
10. Faucet Done. It remains in the top-right edge of the display. Doing so conserves your personal privacy settings, thus making your picked profile photo viewable only by you.
If a friend of your own is identified in your account image, they can still watch the photo.
